What do I do in case of an emergency?

An emergency exists when danger is present or property damage has occurred or is about to occur.

To report an emergency, such as a fire on the premises, major water intrusion, or major electrical issues, please contact us at 407-967-9850 and leave a detailed message.  Include your property address, contact number, and detailed description of the emergency. All other non-emergency requests need to be submitted in writing or online at www.rpmrealty.net via the Tenant Service Request form.  When submitting your request, please remember to explain your problem in detail to avoid a delay, and always include telephone numbers and an email address.

For fire emergencies, please notify authorities by calling 911 before calling Real Property Management & Realty, Inc.

If there is a major water leak, immediately turn off the water supply to the premises and contact Real Property Management & Realty, Inc.

If there is a gas (natural, LP, propane, etc.) leak, immediately turn off the gas supply valve and contact the gas company that provides service to your location, and then notify Real Property Management & Realty, Inc.
